This vegan cornbread is our top seller! It is a caramel brown instead of yellow because we use coconut sugar (which is brown) instead of white processed sugar. 

When I went vegan I also committed myself to eating cleaner. Coconut sugar is far less addicting than white sugar and has a rich flavor.
